Payment terms:

The payment is to be made in euros (€) payable in advance when ordering:

• By check valid in France payable to: Bérus Alain, Vipera Signo
• By bank transfer to our account at the bank BNP PARIBAS (the RIB, IBAN and BIC code will be provided)

General terms and conditions of mail order sales:

• As the company is not subject to VAT at the standard rate of 20% (not applicable under Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code), no French VAT will be charged to the buyer.
• For any order delivered in Metropolitan France, the shipping and packaging fees are free.
  For any order delivered in the French Overseas territories, in the European Union or in other countries, a pro forma invoice will be issued with shipping and packaging costs depending on the destination.
• Period of withdrawal: The consumer can cancel his order before the end of the fourteen-day period from the purchase date et will be reimbursed once the product is returned to the seller in its original condition and at the buyer’s expense, which must be done within a maximum de fourteen days after sending the letter of withdrawal.
